1. Eligibility

2. Description of Service

Insurei.ai provides:

• AI Voice Assistants tailored for insurance use cases
• Appointment booking via calendar integrations
• Smart call routing and voice transcription
• Department-wise call forwarding
• Voice-enabled customer support and feedback collection

3. Workspace API Compliance

If you connect your Google account to Insurei.ai, our use of Workspace user data will comply with theWorkspace API User Data Policy, including theLimited Use requirements.

We affirm that Insurei.ai only uses Workspace user data in compliance with theLimited Use requirementsand does not use this data for any purpose other than providing or improving user-facing features that are visible and prominent in the requesting application's user interface. We do not transfer or sell Workspace user data to third parties, nor do we use it for advertising or unrelated purposes.

4. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Payment & Billing

• All fees are billed monthly or annually via secure payment gateways
• You may cancel your subscription anytime; cancellations are not retroactive
• Refunds are only issued where legally required

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or defame
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the software

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Cloudmate Technologies LLP
• You may not use our branding or materials without written permission
• You retain all rights to your content, but grant us a license to use it to provide services

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, technical, or proprietary information shared under this agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for issues caused by third-party integrations or platforms

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insurei.ai from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your use of the service
• Violation of these Terms
• Third-party disputes involving your use of Insurei.ai

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access:

• If you breach these Terms
• For inactivity or non-payment
• As required by law

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, and any legal action shall be filed in the courts located in San Francisco County.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, service outages, etc.).

14. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates means you accept the changes.
